The message is NOT coming from swepost.com, the message header is spoofed (intentionally false).

The message was sent by a computer with this IP address:
    X-Originating-IP: [64.91.64.65]

That address is owned and assigned to a customer by this ISP:
    OrgName: CenturyTel Internet Holdings, Inc.
    OrgId: CIH-12
    Address: 100 CenturyTel Drive
    City: Monroe
    StateProv: LA
    PostalCode: 71201
    Country: US

    Send an abuse report here:
    abuse@centurylinkservices.net

However, it is most likely that the customer is not the actual spammer but his/her computer has a virus/malware that is sending the spam. It should be reported.

http://swepost.com/ is a domain registered in Sweden. There's no Website, just the default account holder page. It's been that way for about 10 years, it's just a parked domain used for spam.
