doesn't work

    My computer with this kinds of harware:
    Pentium 4/ 2.0, Creative Live!5.1, Asus V8440, RAM 256,
    Plantronics headset dsp 500, logitech cordless mouse and keybord with iTouch software, on WinXP it's not able scanning disk and every time I reboot or open the computer the sistem go on scanning disk but stops itself on 65%.
    What can I do?:confused:

    Hi cdvchpd, How long have you had this prob? This system is quite new, rite? Did you put this computer together yourself?
    What new hardware & software have been installed lately?
    Try this anyway; start/run type msconfig <enter>
    Now on the general tab select diagnostic startup & apply/ok.
    This will load just basic drivers etc. After reboot try scandisk again. Don't forget to reset msconfig back again:)
