Windows Vista [Does VISTA have a PowerToy?]

    I'm NEW to Windows VISTA (just got my new Desktop today, 4/25/08). Does VISTA have a PowerToy like there is for Win XP? I'm looking for something that will remove the arrows on the shortcuts.
