Does this look like a valid XP pro 64bit cd?

    A friend wants to sell me this as I want to move to 64bit, but he isnt some I fully trust.

    Does the cd look legit? He says he has a valid cd key for it.

    It looks like it came from a MSDN or Technet subscription that should Not be resold. I have had both subscriptions....The case its in is a dead give away.
