I keep getting my system dragged down and when I shut down a program with the name of "Hintform" is hard to end and cannot be found with a search. Would anyone know, is this a part of XP system or has it been installed along with something that I have installed and can I get rid of it and how???

Not from XP. What is it called in Task Manager?

You may have a damaged javascript somewhere in one of your programs.

Sorry Arie. It won't happen again. Is there no way of edit a post so that mistakes can be corrected?

    Abraxas:
Thanks for the reply and as for Taskmanager, I can see nothing in there that even resembles "Hintform ". I tried doing a web-search and all there was was garbage about other stuff. I searched the HD for anything that even resembled it and found nothing.

I also have developed a strange problem along with it. If I copy or move very much from one HD to another the system slows and freezes. Sometimes if I let it set it will catch up , but most of the time I have to hit reset.

It seems as though something (maybe hintform) is working overtime at indexing my HD's and using lot's of rsources. I sure could use an answer because if I have to re-install I may be out of luck because for some reason I having a hard time getting a setup to be recognized in my CD-ROM. I don't know if it has to do with the AMD 64 bit CPU or what, but nothing wants to install. The system or CD player can't seem to run the boot loader.

I have a ghost image that I use but I fear it is corrupted.
