does not print emails or web pages

    Win: XP,SVC Pak2,I/E7.0 unable to print e-mails received in outlook express or to print web pages in I/E. Tried different printers, scanning for viruses & spyware and shutting down firewall and anti virus programs but to no avail. WILL print from Office 2000 or any other program for that matter. Any ideas or help wound be appreciated.....Den....................

    Try .....

    Close IE and Outlook Express and then ....

    Start > Run > type in regsvr32 ole32.dll > OK

    unable to print emails or web pages I/E7.0

    Tried your suggestion and receive the following message: loadLibrary ( "Ole32.dll ")failed - The specified module could not be found

    Will not print email or web pages

    OOPS: tried again and this time got the message operation sucessfull, restarted computer but still no printing......had Ole instead of ole in command line......Den.............

    The email will NOT print and there is NO error message....Den.........
