Does anyone know if Mozilla or a Mozilla compatible browser has this feature?...

You know when you use Internet Explorer and you click on a link, or a picture, and then hit the back button. Notice how the link is still highlighted, in other words there are those little dashed lines around the link you just clicked? The same thing happens to pictures. If you click on a thumbnail picture and get a larger on e..and then hit back button, there are those little dashed lines around the picture again.

This is the only thing I love about Internet Explorer because I am visually impaired and it makes it easier for me to "bookmark" what link I had previously clicked when I go back to the original page.

Is there a way (perhaps a prefs.js change) that would allow Mozilla to do this?

From what you described, it is the element is still being selected after "Back." I don't think Mozilla can do it.
