Does Hotmail sometimes NOT work?

When I send an email message from my home computer with Windows/ME and Internet Explorer to my Hotmail account, everything works just fine. The message is delivered within seconds. But when I send an email message from my work computer with Windows/XP and MS Outlook 2003 to my Hotmail account, the message is NOT received at Hotmail. There are no error messages. I tried it several times using exactly the same Hotmail email address, and it consistently refused to work. This is the only thing that doesn't work. All other email operations (on both home and work systems) work as far as I can tell. I don't use the Hotmail account very often so I haven't noticed it until now. Does anybody have any ideas about why this one operation refuses to work???

Sending from a hotmail account to another hotmail account? Same 2 accounts on both PC's?
Sending from hotmail account to the same hotmail account on both PC's?
Does home PC have Outlook Express and have you checked there for missing mail?
Checked Outlook account on work PC for missing mail?
Different ISP's on the PC's? Does either provide an email account and have you checked there for missing mail?
Do you use any other mail handlers?

 

Sorry - my problem

Sorry - it was my problem - I had set the junk mail filter on Hotmail to exclusive and delete, then didn't let Hotmail know that I was using a new email address to send to it.
