DOC to PDF

    Is there a free ware i can use to convert doc to pdf. However I dont want to change it online as the information i will like to convert is sensitive and confidential.

    I use PrimoPDF. Installs as a printer driver & converts anything you 'print' to a PDF file.

    OpenOffice can read Word .doc files and has a create PDF option. This works well, especially as it lets you tweak the document during the process.

    However, you can get problems with some formatting - especially if you have a number of images or complicated structure. If that is the case, I then fall back on the open source PDFCreator which works the same way as PrimoPDF (with Arie suggests above).
