    Sometimes when dealing with corporations they will send a do.not.reply email when you do actually want to reply to the email sent.

    Is there a workaround for this as I went to their website and their website response page is non functional.

    If they don't want your mails they don't want your mails :(

    However, :) you can perform a whois lookup and try to send to one of the addresses there...

    For instance the one in your post returns this

    Code:
    Domain Name : lge.com

    ::Registrant::
    Name : LG Electronics Inc
    Email : domain AT lge.co.kr
    Address : 20 Yoidodong Youngdungpogu Seoul
    Zipcode : 150875
    Nation : KR
    Tel : 02-3777-3703
    Fax :

    ::Administrative Contact::
    Name : Domain-Manager
    Email : domain AT lge.co.kr
    Address : 20 Yoidodong Youngdungpogu Seoul
    Zipcode : 150875
    Nation : KR
    Tel : 02-3777-3703
    Fax :

    ::Technical Contact::
    Name : Yesnic
    Email : domain AT yesnic.com
    Address : Seobuk Building 740-3 Yeoksam-dong Gangnam-gu Seoul Korea
    Zipcode : 135080
    Nation : KR
    Tel : +82-2-557-4259
    Fax : +82-2-3484-4701

    ::Name Servers::
    prmns.lg.co.kr
    secns.lg.co.kr

    ::Dates & Status::
    Created Date : 1995/01/11 00:00:00 EST
    Updated Date : 2010/01/06 14:27:14 EST
    Valid Date : 2015/01/10 00:00:00 EST
    Status ACTIVE

    I'm not saying that sending to domain AT lge.co.kr or domain AT yesnic.com means your email will be read though.

    BTW Common addresses webmaster@ (for website issues) and postmaster@ for email issues are also worth trying.

    Thanks guys...so the short answer is NO.

    Therefore those who are there to Assist [LG] can contemptously treat their clients by not affording their clients the opportunity to respond to an email they have had delivered to their client.
    I prefer not to phone as I like to have tangible evidence regarding communications should the matter need to be taken further.
    I can of course print the current communication between us and post by Postmaster mail but that should not be a necessity in these modern times with electronic communication.

    Oh well! thanks for your time guys.

    Far from it, LG provide telephone, email, forum and mail contacts...

    I'll ask you again, what is the address of the website that you think is not working?
