Charles - if you haven't done so recently, start => run => ipconfig /flushdns and if no luck that way, ping the site and then try to connect via IP rather than domain name.

Has Lavasoft vanished again as I have tried to reach the forum this morning but it's not there for me. I was able to access yesterday without problem just today it has vanished again
