Do I have sober virus?

I have been getting a few delivery failure emails that were addressed to address that do not exist on my computer, one of them was supposed to be to an address at my local utility company. When I scroll down the subject line is in German. I have run my NAV which was updated yesterday and all of my spyware software and have come up with nothing. I have not directly received any of these emails, just the delivery failure notices. Does this mean I have the virus, or someone else does and somehow the failures are coming to me? I forgot to mention my ISP also scans my email before I get it. Is this anything for me to worry about? Thanks

I had this happen to me once, seems it was someone else that had my email addie in the to/from address's that get sent seemingly around the world.

People forward emails without cleaning up all the address;s that are attached.

You might run a on-line virus scan though to make sure.
