Resolved DNS Server

    In the Windows Network Settings I have specified 2 DNS servers: an primary and secondary server. Normally the primary DNS server is used unless it is not available and Windows switches to the secondary server. But is never switches back even if the primary server is back online!! (it switches back if the secondary server becomes unavailable).
    My question is: is there a tool so that I can see which DNS server is used at the moment?
