DMVLITE...Runtime error

Good Day,
I've been reading the threads on DMVLITE but different solutions have been posted so I'm not sure what to follow. I'm not able to remove DMVLITE from add/remove programs. All I have done for now, is run SPYBOT 1.3 and ADAWARE SE Personal 1.05. I also cleanup cookies, temporary internet files.
Also, I notice if I get my user set to a Power user and clicks on IE, he gets a
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error - Runtime error Program Files\Internet Explore\IEXPLORER>EXE.

Need some help.

Download HijackThis.exe from here. Save it to a permanent folder (I create a new folder in C:\ named HJT). Open and click scan, then save log. Once it is saved it will open in notepad. Select all from the edit button, copy and paste the results here. Don't fix anything with it yet!
