    c:\windows\system32\aklsp.dll

    Disable System Restore, and reboot.

    Remove these items in HJT.

Ok, so I followed your instructions for what I should remove. However, I never anticipated someone else using my computer while I was gone and thus re-infecting it with more spyware, and thus, modifying my HJT log.

Anyway, I've once again followed the steps for removal, and I'm posting a HJT log that I just took. Nobody's using this computer until I get further instructions, so hopefully this time I can fully rid my computer of this DMVlite ****.

You'll need to disable System Restore again. You don't seem to have DMVlite, but something else instead, and new to your computer.

    Remove these items in HJT.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [popuppers] C:\WINDOWS\newpop63.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows AdStatus] C:\Program Files\Windows AdStatus\WinStat.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [I/O Controllers] svcnet.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [078U3qh] filfiles.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Nazibwl] C:\WINDOWS\system32\w?crtupd.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Hwr8RkNmg] fecogmgr.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [I/O Controllers] svcnet.exe
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.media-motor.net
    O15 - Trusted Zone: *.popuppers.com

Reboot into Safe Mode, and delete these files.
    C:\WINDOWS\newpop63.exe
    svcnet.exe
    filfiles.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\w?crtupd.exe
    fecogmgr.exe

If you want to prevent the stuff from ever putting so much as a cookie on you, you'll be interested in the IEspyads.Zip link below. After installing, and setting everything in the Restricted Zone to disable, or high if disable not available, there is a 99% chance of nothing being installed from the few thousand sites this file disables.
After reading this, you can see why this malware created those two sites in your Trusted Zone. They could install whatever they pleased.
BTW, a website cannot be in both Trusted and Restricted at the same time.
