DMVlite and Win-dh - HiJackThis log attached

I've got two little nasties which I cannot get rid of: DMVlite; and Win-dh. I have unsuccessfully tried to remove them via Add/Remove Programs, Ad-Aware 6.0 Personal, and SpyBot S&D 1.3. I have attached the HiJackThis log for your reference. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You have a nasty new explorer.exe infection, among other things, that needs to be addressed first. Follow the instructions in this link and when done, download the latest version of HijackThis and post a new log. I also recommend you download the latest version of Ad-aware. It's now SE Personal. Link in my signature.

Thanks for the help, however, that only made it worse. Eish! I removed McAfee and ran KAS which would not delete/clean the two remaining problems. I also received the following error message (several times): Windows Fatal Error / System is shutting down. I then decided that I've spent entirely too much time on this project and it was not even my own computer. Ah... the things we do for friends. So, I promptly packed up the machine and brought it to an expert. I gave it my best shot. Thanks again!
