DLL error

    Netscape keeps closing down with this message:

    Netscape has caused an error in JS3240.DLL.
    Netscape will now close. If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.

    Restarting does not help. Can anyone please tell me what the problem is and how to resolve it? OS is Win ME.

    Welcome to the Forum!

    Hi cantyac,

    The JS3240.DLL error is a bug in Netscape. Usually occurs with older versions of Netscape.

    I would suggest upgrading to Version 4.79, which has a newer Version of Java.
