disconects [playing on-line Pacific Poker]

    I have another PC in my home running windows 98. I play cards at Pacific Poker and keep getting disconnected which is very annoying and costly. I have deleted cookies, ran disc cleanup and de-fragmented. Is there anything else i can do to correct this problem?
