Disable SP2 Bluetooth??

    i have a bluetooth device but the sp2 drivers are very limited and it always asks me if i want to connect to my pc (HID) i sya no it comes up again!!
    i want to use software which came on the CD. but it wont detect the device, maybe because windows has already! i have tried the obvious but cant sort it out, ne ideas?

    kind of fixed it, it works but it says cant start bluetooth stack service, grr
