Disable Feedback Agent

    I have Windows 2000 and Netscape7.1. I've tried everything to disable the Feedback Agent and can't figure out how to do it. What should I do?

    Hi Ann,

    Disabling, or deleting the talkback.exe file disables the Quality Feedback Agent.

    This is what I suggested when you posted on July 13:

    Do a find for these files, then delete them, if found:

    fullsoft.dll . . Or . . rename to: fullsoft.bad
    talkback.exe
    talkback.hlp
    talkback.cnt
    ---
