I've searched and can find nothing on this.

Is it possible to turn OFF the double click, click option in the title bar.
Don't want folder to go to max or min when clicking.
    Thanks

I've checked all mouse settings ect and now find that a single click will
cause a folder to go to max..very disrupting when just trying to move a folder
any ideas..even to get the system back to a double click ?
