    Okay first, why did my personal settings change from one boot to the next (esp since I have only One login profile)? Amoung the feathe MIA is the quick launch, which the current setting will Not let me reset.

    Why are there So many duplicated files (esp Help and Troubleshoot) showing up in the Help app?
