I have several e-maill accounts some of which I would like to redirect to another folder in my Personal Folders. I created a new folder, "Company Inbox ", and went through the following to redirect e-mails: Tools, Email Accounts, checked "View or change existing e-mail accounts ", selected the e-mail account for redirection, clicked "New Outlook Data File..." tab, selected Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst), clicked OK, entered the folder name (Company Inbox), confirmed the Filename was correct, clicked OK, clicked Finish.
Restarted PC, sent e-mails to "Company" e-mail address - lo and behold all e-mails still go to my normal Inbox.
    Any ideas out there?
PS. Works beautifully in Office Outlook 2010!

A new Folder is different then a new pst file....In theory you should now have two "Company Inbox ".

You'd have much better luck using Tools->Rules and Alerts which will easily do this.
