I'm a computer technician with 20 years experience. I've worked with Windows 3.11 Workgroups throught Windows 7. Currently, I'm working on deployment options for Windows 7.

I consider myself to be an intermediate to advanced Windows OS user with the same level in troubleshooting skills. Since Windows XP, I've rarely had to reboot; most issues I've been able to resolve by restarting services or killing a process.

I'll try to be online, but most of the time I'm doing my job search thing, or spending time at FICS (freechess.org).
