Digtial Camera acting as Video Camera

We recently bought a Concord EyeQ Due 2000 and when we connect it to transfer pictures to the comp, it acts as if it were a video camera and wants use to use windows to take pictures and print.

How can we fix this to be able to transfer pictures from the camera to the comp.

Yes i did install the correct drivers.

I glanced at the manual which can be found at http://www.concordcam.com/support/downloads/quick_start/EyeQ Duo 2000 QS Guide.pdf if you do not have one. Looking at downloading the photos you have to set the camera's mode switch and then you need to go to the camera's menu for the type of downloading you want, DSC or PC.
