Difference between ADSL interprise n Basic

hey any one computer tech. can explain me what is Streamyx Enterprise ADSL ?
speed is 1.0M upload 384k recently i m taking this package bit expensive compare to following package

n same there is another package
Streamyx Basic 2.0M download 2.0M upload 512k' price
and
Streamyx Basic 4.0M download 4.0M upload 512k

treamyx SOHO 1.0M download 1.0M upload 384k

i m taking Streamyx Enterprise ADSL 1.0M for a cyber cafe running 15 client n 1 sharing serve
1st of all what is enterprise ADSl ?.. n what's difference between streamyx basic 2.0, 4.0 mb if i u see 4.0mb is high speed compare to my 1mb adsl speed (is it?)n cost is cheap so y my package is expensive ...
n plz let me clarifty which is best package to run 16 pc with reasonable price

I didn't read it but my guess is the enterprise DSL comes with a static IP.
Not needed for a cyber cafe.

 

okey why it calls enterprise Adsl n yeah it comes with ip address so which is
u prefer is best n more faster as compare to 4mb basic connection?...
bcs 4mb basic is cheap compare to 1mb adsl enterprise...
so how?..
