DIAMOND MULTIMEDIA FUSION 16MB AGP or Diamond Stealth III S540 AGP?

Hi; I have a Diamond Stealth III S540 AGP and I bought an used DIAMOND MULTIMEDIA FUSION 16MB AGP (it was very cheap).
I found info about my video card but not about the diamond video card.
I do not really know the differences.
My question is which one is better to install in my pc win 98se pentium3, 800mhz, 256mb?

If you go here it will tell you about the Diamond Multimedia Fusion 16MB AGP card. With the S540 card has twice the memory of the other card.
