    Hi all.

I would like to feed dialup internet from my IBM ThinkPad T42p w/ Windows 7 to a wireless router.

I have the cable plugged from my ethernet port to the internet-in port on the router. I am unsure what settings I must manipulate so that the internet gets shared correctly out the port so that the router thinks that my computer is essentially a cable modem.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    - HL :D

Thank you very much for your response.

I did enable ICS on the NetZero dialup connection. My question and problem exists in how I get the internet sharing to feed through the ethernet jack into the router so that the router thinks that the feed is coming from something like a cable modem.

Every time I do a DHCP release/renew on the router it comes up as 0.0.0.0. The internet feed isn't getting sent from the ethernet to it.
