    hello,
    i have a question, i don't know the answer on.
    recently i found a dialer on my PC, and removed it, now, i would like to know if a dialer can charge my pnone bill even if i have ADSL. I know, stupid question, but i still can9t figure it out, so please for anykind of explanation.

    If your phone line is connected to your computer, yes it could. If not, no.
