I just purchased a new PC with Windows XP, and I'm having trouble getting the internet access icon to work properly. I use Juno 5.0 as my ISP. When I enter my Juno user name, password, and LAN, I can connect to the Juno server but my user data are never verified successfully. I get a message telling me that there is an error in the "domain" field. I don't HAVE a personal domain... should I enter "juno.com" in the domain field, or leave it blank? Any help here?

    Thanks!

I would check with support for the ISP and get from them the proper entries for each field.

For one thing, you may need a different domain name than just juno.com.
