    Hello:
I have an PC with Win 98 that during boot up refers to the following mising file: C:\PROGRA~\INOCUL~\VETMON9X.VXD
It says the registry or system.ini refers to it but the device no longer exists.
Where can I find and delete this file?
    Thanks much,
    Tom

Apparently the file is already gone. What you need to remove is the reference to the file. It looks like it may have been part of the Innoculate It program.

You'll have to search your system.ini file and remove any reference to it, also check the registry and do the same thing.

This is assuming that you removed the program and it didn't completely uninstall. If you didn't remove the program then you probably should reinstall it.

If you need help doing any of this let us know.

I did not know that this was a program, I had never heard of it.
I removed the rest of the program and now the PC boots fine.
    Thanks, Tom
