Ever since the last update to W10, I have had frequent blue screen crashes shoing "Device Driver Power Failure ". As near as I can tell, this means I have to replace a driver. Is there any way of finding out which one without going into Device Manager and trying to update them one by one?

Clean Boot is not really an option as the problem is intermittent (it usually happens coming out of sleep).

I have the dmp file but I can't upload it here because it is in an unaccepted file format.

As per the instructions: Dump Data collection tool and instructions

You don't post the dump file.
