desktop spyware problem [HJT Log]

Hello, I'm having a hell of a time removing a spyware thats located on in the background of my pc. I've used norton antivirus, spybot, adaware...you name it and none of these functions can locate it.

the problem is a black box centrally located in the background with red letters reading "spyware infection" it proceeds with a blurb about downloading microsoft spyware in order to protect your computer..

but nothing i've tried has worked.

it does not allow you to change the background under preferences.
