    Hi,

I hava a PC with Windows XP Home edition on it and one of the accounts no longer displays any of its desktop shortcuts when it starts up.

The Programs list is stilll there, the quick launch and task bar items are also there. Also when I look into the Desktop folder for the account I find that the shortcuts are there.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how I may get back the desktop shortcuts.

    Regards PCFarmer

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I didn't realise that Windows XP Home had this option. I shall try this out soon.
