I am having an issue. After scrubbing my system of a trojan, my background is disabled with no tabs accessible.
I saw the post on March 13,2006.
Checked my registry and edited the key to Zero. Still unable to set my background to anything at all.
I found another post on another forums that had me use RegCure and am currently running it now. (this turned out to be a pointless process)
Any further advice or assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks that seems to have done it.

I had corrected it in Current user but not in Local machine.
    That was the fix.
    Appreciate it.
