Resolved Dell web cam driver

    Ok, I followed the instructions )uninstall the web cam and then restart, the drivers will reinstalled. Well I did this and it still says no drivers installed when I open the web cam central. It also said that the drivers for the web cam are native to windows 7. Web cam central says I need the windows 7 resource cd, which I don't have so that's why I'm asking if anyone knows where I can download them?

    Go to Device manager, locate the exclamation mark (camera) > update driver. Point location to c\windows\system32\drivers.

    I needed the drivers for dell web cam central, My web cam works on stuff like Skype, I just wanted more control over it and downloaded the web cam central but it says I need the resource cd from dell. Thanks for all your help

    I assume you're talking about the driver CD?

    They are available for free from Dell. All you need is your service tag number.
