Dell SonicWall Global VPN Connecting Hangs

    The error happens recently to my new laptop--HP-SPECTRE(Windows 8.1). But it worked in my old laptop(Windows 7 Dell).

    Code:
    The peer is not responding to phase 1 ISAKMP requests.
    I disabled the window firewall but not working. My desktop in the office is just working fine.

    I pinged the IP but it could not reach it.
    Why?

    The thing is I bring my laptop to my office. Using wifi can connect the VPN but failed at home. Why?

    Perhaps something wrong with the configuration. There is one item, which is next hop ip address.

    I am not sure what is it and how to find it? I filled it with the VPN server IP address. It might be wrong.

    Can somebody tell me?

    LAN Settings - Displays LAN Settings dialog box for specifying the setting used when this connection is enabled over the LAN. Type the IP address in the Next Hop IP Address field to specify the IP address of a different route than the default route. Leaving the setting as zeros instructs the Global VPN Client to use the default route.
