Dell Media Experience

I been using Dell Media Experience for a long time, but now somethings wrong when I put my DVD in the number shows in the corner then goes away, and the screen goes is pitch black nothings showing, but I can here it very clearly. I'm unable to see anything even settings. I try to remove the file and reinstall, but still comes out the same way. I'm wander if something was deleted by mistake, I don't know for sure. Please Help, I'm clueless.

 

Remove and reinstall Dell Media Experience.
