   i am having trouble displayingmy home page,hotmail,facebook after a recent flashware upgrade and java upgrade.
   it is a dell D510
   
   512mb
   
   1gb
   service tag-8380Y81
   i cant get into the system to roll it back due to unknown admin password
   
   what can i do to figure out what went wrong with this old computer
