Deleting WINDOWS?

    Hey,

    I've just had a new pc made for myself, its very nice, and I had one of the hard drives from my old pc put in it. It was the C: Drive on my old computer and has the WINDOWS Folder on it. I've deleted everything in it but I can't delete the folder itself, when I click properties it has 615mb of stuff in it. How do I do it?
