Deleting User Accounts...

Hi all.
My wifes accounts is buggy as hell. Several programs run at 100%, not all the time, except one pccillian. pccguide to be exact. I checked and I guess pccillian doesn't work with firefox. But, it works fine on 3 of 4 user accounts.
Anyways, I set up a new account for her and it works perfectly.
My question is how through(sp?) is deleting the user account? Will I need to go in and clean things up manuelly?

Any input much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply.
I know how to delete an account. I was more curious about how complete of removel it actually does.
I guess Iam paranoid that it might leave something hanging around.
