deleting imap messages

    Using WinXP and OL2002. Using IMAP for the 1st time. How do you remove downloaded and read messages from the imap inbox folder?

    Take a look at This document. The deletion information is toward the bottom but there are some other interesting ideas in the document.

    This page has a good section dealing specifically with Outlook 2002 and IMAP. Well worth a look.
