Deleted messages are re-appearing?!

    Hi,

    Today at our company, some of the netscape 7.0 mail users saw previously deleted messages re-appear in their inbox.

    It happened after they compacted their mailboxxes. The messages where about 3 to 4 months old. Could be that the are from netscape 6.2 converted to 7.0

    Is this a known bug? And is there a way to prevent this from happening again?

    Hi vlietinho,

    Delete the MSF files, not the files with no extensions, in the offending folders and see if this rids you of your problem.

    Post back if you continue to have problems.
