Deleted Files

    High there I have a few problems I deleted some files and and cleaned out the recycling bin and there were some files I should not have deleted. Is there anyway to retrieve these files? I did save them on a floppy but the floppy disk is damaged.

    There are some freeware recovery tools here. I have used Restoration but not with NT, and it's not marked for use with NT, but I would probably try it because it is standalone and will run from a floppy. That is important because deleted files are seen as free space and can be written over upon installing anything. The less information written to the drive, the more recoverable files you may have.
