Is there any way of recovering emails which have been deleted from trash removal???

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi EB05 - and Welcome to the Board :)

You need to be a little more specific for my English way of thinking :D trash removal  Recycle bin or Deleted items folder in OEl

    However :

If you simply delete a message it is moved to the Deleted Items folder and can be viewed at any time.

If you delete the contents of the Deleted Items folder - or have OE set up to empty the Deleted Items folder on closure, the contents of deleted items .dbx are cleared when the PC is shut down.

If this is the case the answer is - very doubtful.

If you are running Norton Utilities with a Protected Recycle Bin there may be a chance, but again I doubt it as the deleted emails do not end up there.

Alternatively you could try PC Inspector File Recovery which is freeware. I've never used it but it may be worth a try.

Files can only be recovered (maybe) if they have not been overwritten on the hard disk.

And have a scout around Inside Outlook Express
