deleted emails go to inbox oe6

    When I delete emails they return in my inbox. When I delete them again they come through constantly. (got up to 31 and they were the same emails, over and over)

    Hope you can help

    First point to check is ....

    Outlook Express > Tools > Accounts - highlight the account > Properties > Advanced Tab - Leave a copy of messages on server should be unchecked.

    If this is not the cause of the problem search your drives for *.dbx and delete Deleted Items.dbx. This may be corrupted and will be replaced when OE is opened again.

    While you have the search window for *.dbx files open take a look at the size of the individual dbx files - excessively large files can make OE act strangely, so let us know the size of the largest dbx file.
