    Is there a way to delete the blocked senders list all at once, rather than one at a time? Thanks

    Delete all at one time via the Registry:
    * Select Run... from the Start menu and type: regedit
    * Hit Enter.
    * Travel down the registry tree to \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\*Identities.
    * Open your Outlook Express store folder and make note of the random string that signifies your identity. To locate your store folder, use OE Tools Menu > Options > Maintenance > Store folder. It should look something like "{63682237-R041-496B-8388-091T5LS7348F}" and is located in the path of your store folder.
    * Go back to regedit.
    * Continue digging deeper into the tree by selecting {your identity string}\*Software\*Microsoft\*Outlook Express\5.0.
    * Click on the Block Senders key with the right mouse button.
    * Select Delete from the menu.
    * Click Yes.

    Best to ALWAYS BACKUP the list prior to deleting it:
    # Click on the Blocked Senders key.
    # Select File Menu > Export.
    # Choose a directory where you want to keep the backup.
    # Name it: Blocked Senders.reg in the File Name box.
    # Click Save.
