defrag problem

I can't defragg 2000+ files in c Vol.
veiw says:
43fragments 2,318KB ProgramFiles\Shatcher\Cache [ Directory][CannotOpen]
23 fragments 1,198KB
ProgramFiles\Shatcher\Cache\0002668_440799df_00081632 [Cannot Open]
When I go to ProgramFiles\Shatcher ...... It does not exist
When I try to make a file Shatcher -- It tell me I already have the file.
I then try to search for Schatcher but nothing comes up.
Because i can't defragg these files my volumn is alway heaverly fragged
So my computer runs slow.
I've tried to defragg on a safe boot but it won't let me defragg?
Please help me clean out these files so as to defrgg my CPU.
Any help well be greatly appreciated.

Please tell us what Operating System you're running and whether using the OS's built in defragger or a third party defragger.

My system is XP professional

I downloaded Diskeeper 10 to try an fix problem?

Last night I rebooted in safe mode offline and ran a search found Shatcher.
I delete the files , when i started back up in normal mode the same thing happens?

There is no Shatcher file in C/ ProgramFiles/Shatcher and new files are forming that can't be opened because of Cache.

Blue Screen Stop

Hi.
In the past week I have been getting blue screen stops.

Stop:0x000000d1(C0X8AC8DE3,0X00000002,0X0000004,0X81DAD800)

iT SAID MEMORY DUMP.
Does anyone have any idea what its is and how do get rid of it?
