What does this mean in Zone Alarm when it shows the access attempts it's blocked? :)

Most likely hacker activity is what the program sees the threat as. While viewing the logs, click help then scroll down the page, section 2 'alerts list'.

KingG--Just for fun, you can check out a few of these "alerts" since they probably are logged (ZA Control Center|Allerts and Logs). Depending on version of ZA you run, there may be a button to obtain more information. But in almost all cases you will be told that someone wanted access to your PC, that ZA stopped it and that all is OK.
So ZA is just doing its job and you really do not have to worry, or do anything.
I would turn off the Alerts (ZA Control CEnter|Allerts and Logs), so they do not popup all the time. As mentioned, you can still see them in the ZA Alert Logs, but I had not looked at mine in years, so I finally stopped even logging alerts.
P.S. Or was your title "Definition of "high rated" " referring to something else?
