Can someone help me change which folder outlook defaults to in the "look in" box for an attachment. IE on a network drive instead of a local folder.

    Thanks andrew

As 17 members have opened and read this without a response, I can only assume that they, as I, are a bit foggy or confused on exactly what it is your asking to accomplish here.

You may have to be a bit more descriptive or specific on what it is you are trying to do. An example scenario may help.

    Insert Attachment

    Sorry let me try again.
When I click on the attachment tab in outlook, the Insert Attachment, dialog box opens up. In this dialog box is a Lookin Dropdown box, pointing outlook to where the file is that I would like to attach. The default in this dropdown box is My Documents. I would like to change the default from My Documents to the folder where I keep the attachments, I plan to email. I hope this is clear??

    Thanks andrew
